The room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy, giving me a perfect night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The location was ideal, just a short distance from the airport and conveniently on the way to the city center. I appreciated the free shuttle service that made it easy for me to explore the city. The staff was friendly and always ready to help.
The hot water in the shower did not work very well during my stay. The water alternated between hot and cold, making it difficult to take a relaxing shower.

The room was very spacious and perfect for a family of four. We enjoyed having a private terrace with a bathtub and the fitness room and swimming pool offered nice options for exercising. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
We were disappointed by the breakfast as there weren't many options, and the drinks at the buffet weren't refreshed regularly. we found out that the hotel was far from the city center, and we had to spend extra money on transportation.

I had an amazing stay at this resort. The traditional Asian setting with mango trees surrounding the place added a unique touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. Even though their English wasn't strong, they went out of their way to help me. The outdoor bath was a refreshing experience that I truly enjoyed.
This place is suitable for those who want to unwind and relax rather than engage in lots of activities. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
